Like this C17 ReaCH flight yesterday this one is also a mystery. Apparently -- based on the mode-s address -- this would be it but that is just as mysterious : the flight-number/call sign does not match, it flies via Germany -- Ramstein -- from the Gulf but does not land there and appears to land somewhere it can't land because there is no airport there. Confusing.Operations
